Derrick Rose is quickly making a name for himself internationally. Following a contract from the Chicago Bulls worth close to $95 million over five years, the league MVP is close to signing a lifetime contract with Adidas worth close to $250 million over 10 years.
In addition to the Adidas contract, Rose also has endorsements with Skull Candy, Force Factor, Powerade and a Nissan dealership in a Chicago suburb. The contract is likely to make Rose the highest paid athlete in 2012, surpassing Tiger Woods and Kobe Bryant for the Nos. 1 and 2 spots, following both going through a divorce that might be costly.
